A meringue dream of a skirt. We are in utter awe of this incredible vintage hoop skirt. Let's start at the top and work our way down. A layer of cotton fabric makes up the first panel of this tiered skirt. It encloses with a drawstring and is in our opinion designed to provide volume, as the enclosure stays open - see pictures. From here it moves down in panels of white cotton feeling fabric, with layers of tulle sewn in. At the bottom, is a structure hoop. A one of a kind garment!
- 8/10 condition - overalll good but there are some age marks on the fabric
- AU8/10 - drawstring makes this adjustable
- feels like cotton to us.
